11th Annual Fredericktown Cruise-In
On August 20, 2011, the Fredericktown Flea Market will host the 11th Annual Fredericktown Cruise In, formerly known as the Fredericktown Car Show. The Fredericktown Flea Market is proud to be part of an annual Fredericktown tradition. For 10 years, the Fredericktown community has pulled together to plan this annual event. Due to its growth, there became a need for more help. This is where we came in. And we are excited about the opportunity. Come join us!
AUGUST 20, 2011
Cruise In: Noon – 6 p.m.
Flea Market Open: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
• Motorcycles welcome
• Dash plaque for 1st 150 cars
• Flea market vendors
• Raffles
• 50/50 drawing
• Hog roast
• Food
All procedes from the event will be contributed to the Fire and Rescue of Fredericktown, Ohio.
Previous event participants
If you participated in the Fredericktown Car Show in the past and would still be interested in helping, PLEASE contact us. It is our goal to continue in this event’s tradition as closely as possible.
Business Sponsorship
We are aware that many businesses set up promotional booths at the car show. This is still welcome. There is a $25 booth fee for this opportunity to promote your business. Booth fees will be contributed to the fire and rescue teams of Fredericktown.
You will be responsible for your tent and table set up. We suggest that you bring your previously used signs and set them up with your booth.
And for those businesses that would simply like to sponsor the event, please contact us so we can make arrangements for your participation. We would also like to mention your business in the Eagle’s live radio broadcast at the event.
Car Owners
If you have a car you would like to display, there is no need to contact us. Just mark your calendar and show up. This event is no longer a car show, it will now be a cruise in. We will have attendants to direct you to parking. We have 20 acres, so there will we be plenty of space.
Flea Market Vendors
Vendors, this will be a great time to sign up for a booth because of the increased traffic. Contact us if you would like to reserve a booth space for this event.
